Pet Policy

Finding a pet-friendly town home can be difficult at times. We know how much you love your furry friends, and we are pleased to welcome four-legged residents to Refinery Row. We love your pets as much as you do. There is a breed restriction and a pet-screening on all pets. We have a $250 non-refundable pet deposit as well as a monthly pet rent.
